Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We've only recently started using Miro, and are still discovering new uses for the tool. However, we're using it to collaborate during brainstorm sessions, as well to create clear overviews of different processes, timelines to visualize flows, making it easier to manage the expectations of colleagues and partners. Miro offers some unique advantages compared to other tools we used previously: the infinite board makes it easy to create a complete overview while still being able to zoom in. We're currently working on a year overview, where these options shine to visualize the expected workload for every month/week and even day. I'm very impressed with the tool, and expect to find even more uses for it in the near future!
  • Visualize workflows.
  • Support collaboration and (online) brainstorm sessions.
  • Create a clear birds-eye view, even when there's tons of information.
  • Changing shapes more easily.
  • More customisation options for text, manipulating text size more easily.
  • A better preview of what to expect from different premade templates: some are very different from the preview!
  • A more extensive new user guide/training.
  • Quicker completion of project visualizations.
  • More productive and more fun online brainstorm sessions.
  • More efficient online collaboration with my team and colleagues from other teams.
I was only notified once the implementation was complete, but it works perfectly and is seamlessly integrated into our one login environment. 10/10, absolutely no complaints!
As I detailed in my last reply, I'm absolutely impressed with the implementation, as well as the integration with the one login system we use inside our organisation. From the first moment I've started using Miro, the process to create an account, log in, and have all boards from my team members at my fingertips has been absolutely effortless. Great work!
It has helped us tremendously already. Since Covid started, we've been working mostly remotely. Overall, we managed well, but online collaboration- and brainstorming sessions have sometimes been challenging. As Miro offers the possibility of working simultaneously on the same board, it brings back some of the spontaneity of collaborating in person. It's a great addition, especially for remote teams!

I've only recently started using Miro, so I'll probably find more uses later, but so far I've been especially impressed with the possibilities Miro offers for online brainstorm sessions. WIth us collaborating mostly remotely at the moment, having an online whiteboard where we can stick our post-its is *nearly* as fun as the real thing. Apart from that, we've been using it to create an overview of workflows and processes. For this purpose, MIro offers some good options, but I'd have liked to see some more options to change the available shapes, customize colours and change text options.
