Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have used Miro for many workshops and collaborative projects. It is a great tool to allow many people to work together simultaneously during a time when everyone is isolated from each other.

  • Tools (Post its, stickers, tables etc)
  • Timer
  • Voting
  • Navigation for new users
  • Switching from the 'select' to 'Hand mode' can cause frustrations, especially in big workshops. People get confused and repeatedly move items by accident
  • Improved team productivity, inclusiveness and collaboration
  • Would be hard to say it has affected business KPI's
The tool has not always been perfect, but it is often adding updates and improvements which I always find impressive. I think it is the best tool of its kind.
Generally good, but the overview of the boards, knowing who owned which, where different boards were saved came a little confusing at times. However, this may also be due to the size of our company and the number of different teams using it.
During lockdowns and working from home it became an essential tool for team collaboration

Microsoft Whiteboard - Miro is much better by far! much easier to use, much better functionalities
The tool is perfect for team workshops and I often use and recommend it. Perhaps not the best for individual projects, or to give high-quality presentations.
