Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is an indispensable tool in our brainstorming meetings at Cisco. It helps us to collaborate our ideas effectively and in an organized way. In the meetings like Feature planning or Retros, every member in the meeting can seamlessly access the Miro board and add their ideas. During this work-from-home situation, the Miro board is effective in bringing team members who are working remotely together and collaborating.
- User interface is highly effective in representing and organising ideas.
- Changes on board from each user get updated in the board seamlessly.
- The grid layout is very effective while creating new boards as zooming in and out helps to have a look on all other boards.
- Exporting boards to images is a good feature, so we can share it throughout email communications.
- Resizing of boards is little difficult, it would be better if it was fixed.
- A feature to take instant screenshots and add to board will be very helpful.
- Improved productivity as verbal communication is ineffective in planning meetings as compared to the shared board functionality in Miro.
- Members of the meeting finds updating or adding to the board is interesting.
We never felt we are missing the physical whiteboard that we used in our brainstorming meetings back at the office as Miro's user interface is very efficient.
