Overall Satisfaction with Miro

At Microsoft we take a design thinking approach when driving engagement with our customers - I personally use Miro in my day to day, which I find works really well across platforms, from my iPad Pro to iPhone, to directly within Teams when on workshop calls with customers. It's easy to use, responsive and very flexible - I particularly value the performance of the tool, which doesn't distract the ideation and collaboration process.
  • Performant
  • Multi-platform
  • Easy to use
  • MFA - major missing functionality which should be default for every level of membership
  • Improves identifying the customers needs
  • Helps draw out a deeper conversation
Needs MFA for EVERYONE. This is the number one easy security implementation that should be enabled by default on every account, and shouldn't be locked away for high tiers. Basic defense in depth.
Works well across all devices, also integrates great into Teams meetings.
Enables collaboration across tenants - no dependancies preventing quick board creating to support a discussion on the fly. Easy to use and performant. No challenges with new users getting up to speed when first using the tool.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly) and Klaxoon
Performant, infinite board, easy to use, multi platform, integrates well into Teams.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Todoist: To-Do List & Task Manager, Microsoft Teams
Works well regardless of the device you are using - I often work on my MacBook Pro day to day, building out content when on internal calls and those with customers. I'll then often use my iPhone to view some previous boards while out and about - when in person with someone, I like using my iPad Pro to get the touch / tactile input, as it's easy to pass between folk.
