Miro - multi-platform, performant, easy to use - perfect for Design Thinking
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
At Microsoft we take a design thinking approach when driving engagement with our customers - I personally use Miro in my day to day, which I find works really well across platforms, from my iPad Pro to iPhone, to directly within Teams when on workshop calls with customers. It's easy to use, responsive and very flexible - I particularly value the performance of the tool, which doesn't distract the ideation and collaboration process.
Pros
- Performant
- Multi-platform
- Easy to use
Cons
- MFA - major missing functionality which should be default for every level of membership
- Improves identifying the customers needs
- Helps draw out a deeper conversation
Enables collaboration across tenants - no dependancies preventing quick board creating to support a discussion on the fly. Easy to use and performant. No challenges with new users getting up to speed when first using the tool.
