Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In our organization we use it to collaborate, present ideas, and Scrum events.
I also use it for planning and building diagrams for user flows and decision trees.
  • Good templates
  • Help to communicate with other colleagues
  • For some new users it's hard to use it for the first time
  • While having a lot of participants say our deletes and moving items and sometimes damage the board
  • Many times I see others users clicking on something that they didn't want for example arrows, or user is it grab the wrong shape.

  • Help with planning
I think it's hard for the first time or four new users, if I create an activity on Miro and ask new participants to come I expect some difficulties.
I think that for the collaboration is to make very good work

Miro is more intuitive, the performance is better, and the grid is much easier to use.
For presentation and diagram, I find it very suitable and also for small events when I need collaboration from my colleagues for example exercise off "5 whys" "fishbone diagram" or planning.
For more participants and it became harder because a lot of users deleting things, and moving other components by mistake.
