Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for everything! Developing services, brainstorming concepts, mapping customer journeys, analysing interviews, building tech architectures... You name it. It just works so well that we can have multiple projects, and we can collaborate. I also like that it is not a tool to make a final design, so it forces us designers to remain a bit quick and dirty.

Cons

  • I would like to be able to draw more easily.
  • I want to be able to copy paste illustrator vector objects into Miro.
  • The amount of text on a post- it should be limited more.
  • Improved understanding of what we discuss
  • Faster communication of rough concepts to clients
  • Showing process alongside outcome
IT is not too happy about this cloud service because of cybersecurity, therefore we are careful with client data on the boards.
It's awesome and easy, the only thing is that our security people are not too happy about it.
We are sometimes able to visually facilitate discussions when they are complex, and you have the thoughts of a meeting stored instantly. I think that's pretty awesome.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
MURAL is much more limited, not as developed, it's just not good.
It is great for almost every discussion that needs visual facilitation.
