Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for a variety of purposes, I mainly use it as a tool to run workshops and user interviews. Other colleagues use Miro to visually map roadmaps for scrum ceremonies. It helps us plan and create flexible changes without much effort. I personally enjoy the ease of use, there isn't much effort to quickly collaborate and delve deep into brainstorming sessions. Unlike other tools such as Teams Whiteboard.
  • Collaborate with others
  • Templates
  • Fun UI and interactions. Such as reactions
  • Less strain on my device.
  • Better video calling settings.
  • Gave us a visual overview of product roadmaps
  • Allowed to map out user perspectives to understand the client better
I'm not sure what this question is asking but from what I understand. The UI of Miro is simple and easy to use which makes it great for tech-savvy and keen users. But can be slightly difficult to find relevant tools and functions hidden behind panels
Although a web app. It's as easy as opening a tab
We can't live without Miro. We use it for kick-off meetings to allow for everyone to have their say as if we are working in an office on whiteboards

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

The flexibility to do much more. Integration of other tools such as Adobe XD is really useful when collaborating and sharing in feedback sessions.
Workshops and displaying ideas in an informal way. Using Miro to collaborate with a wide range of users to get ideas down quickly is a valuable function. Most of the time, Post-its are used the most with lines and dot voting being the secondary functions. I would avoid using Miro with less advanced users or those who struggle with technology. It can be slightly unconventional to use with how fast the scroll and UI moves. Some say the quick scrolling gave them scrolling-sickness
