Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro in so many ways in my current Business Manager role leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional groups across the organization. Miro has been a savior in bringing teams together for collaborative workshop-style work ranging from talent planning and employee engagement to the roadmap and new product introduction planning. It does a great job at facilitating multi-user collaboration and helps us move away from one person at a time contributing to the conversation and work development.
  • Facilities team collaboration in a way that mirrors (but better) what would happen in an in-person workshop environment around a whiteboard or large-scale set of sticky notes.
  • Miro enables us to integrate multiple visual styles into our storytelling from tables, pictures, diagrams, excel sheets, PowerPoint slides, etc to build a great storyboarding experience
  • Encourages multi-person contribution and engagement in a way that most other tools we've used don't allow for.
  • The ability to zoom out and zoom in is incredibly valuable so you feel you have unlimited space to do work, but also the ability to zoom into the area that matters the most at a given time.
  • I would love to see the ability to copy and paste an excel sheet in and have it update when the excel source updates - this would be a game-changer for some of our KPI dashboard work.
  • I'd love to have a more rich set of text editing/formatting within Miro - for example, it is hard to add bullet points to a mind map txt object and some of the text formatting when using sticky notes is limiting.
  • Miro has helped us increase our team's productivity dramatically and reduced the need to travel for several of our workshops saving us thousands of dollars and more importantly making us more effective on our projects.
Not sure what this question is really asking, but Miro is very easy for us to access within the organization and share boards across our teams and organization as a whole. I do find it more productive to use the native app rather than the web interface.
I don't know what is really being asked - not sure what ease of integration really means for my use case
Miro has had a tremendous impact on our team's ability to collaborate together, especially since we have team members across multiple locations in the US and internationally. Without Miro, I don't know how we would get the work done like we do today.

Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Miro has been a game-changer in how we collaborate in this hybrid/remote/WFH environment. Its ability to enable team collaboration on projects ranging from financials, roadmap planning, to even team and talent management has been incredible. It allows you to pull together various media in the storytelling process from images, tables, graphs, power points, excel, etc... It's like a storyboard or whiteboard with no boundaries but still enables you to navigate to the most important areas/points at any given time.
