Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Firstly, the usage of Miro as a place for research and development and further making the presentations there. Perfectly fits for remote employees, especially with creative collaborations with colleagues. Easy to use as the design instrument. Also, it's easy to use for project management (preparation schedule and roadmap for the projects, making comments and corrections).

Pros

  • Good for research and collecting information
  • Tool for presentations where you work together with colleagues
  • Organizing project management
  • User-friendly and clear design of tools

Cons

  • Backups
  • History of changes
  • While organizing presentations you can't change order of slides by moving that
  • Improved productivity
  • Reduced project completion time
  • Effective cooperation
In general, the tools are very easy to use. Acquaintance with the program took very little time for colleagues to get used to it. Almost all instruments worked well. Line tools sometimes do not work well, as they sometimes fly off pictures/slides. Drawing tools also sometimes worked incorrectly, but it was quite rare.
If the question is about the integration of additional tools, it can be said that it is not always clear how to combine Slack or other third-party platforms with Miro. Sometimes the obvious practical benefit in this is also not very clear. However, some integrations are quite simple in use (iconfinder).
The option of collaboration with remote employees is a key one for the processes in the team I worked with. We worked very effectively not only within our team. We were also able to invite specialists for temporary projects or contests, regardless of where they live. Previously, we were limited to inviting people from other cities.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro works much better with a big number of pictures/information. And Figma is more designed for website development, while Miro has wider functionality.
Great for remote collaborations in a variety of professional areas. Especially, while you discuss specific questions about the project that's very helpful to draw or leave the comments right on the project components or texts. It is very convenient to see the colleague's cursor and see what exactly they are talking about.
