Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Collaboration (whiteboarding sketches, workshops) ideation, 121's, wireframing, research. One place for the entire UCD process except for final designs.

Pros

  • iPad drawing.
  • Note taking
  • Wireframing
  • Ideating
  • Workshops

Cons

  • Cards used for kanban, include the ability to add photos/format copy once the card is expanded.
  • Drag and drop several items out into something like Sketch as one image.
  • Make clearer that you can customize menus.
  • Add anonymous button which the owner of the board can press which turns off visibility of all cursors.
  • Quicker remote ideation.
  • Reduce expense need of other tools.
  • Everyone gets a vote, those who can't make meetings can still dip in and add thoughts when they can. Less rework later down the line.
Risk-averse being a building society so is often difficult to get cloud-based tools accepted.
Found even new users can quickly pick up the software basics like adding posts it.
Made it very easy especially with the use of read-made templates.
