Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I used Miro to build a value stream map to lay out the process from commercial to execution for one of the service business lines. I also leveraged it during a Kaizen event to cooperate with 30 people and take notes / engaged actively participants.
  • Process map / Swimlane complex.
  • Enable people to interact in one board virtually.
  • Good structure already available to pick.
  • More guidelines on the zoom in / out to be mindful to have better PDF extract.
  • Already structure to build Value stream map (with lean boxes format / swimlane).
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Improved productivity.
