Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a daily tool for workshops, process drafts, brainstorming ideas, and meetings! The first tool when we start a conversation it's Miro, even for Team Party Organization. As a member of the Service Design team, we can't do the work the way we do it today if we don't have Miro.
  • Process Diagrams and blueprint for service Design
  • Presentations and Workshops
  • Games and team building activities
  • Project Planning and weekly planning
  • To have a parking lot of ideas and backlog
  • Video Collaboration
  • BPM automatization
  • Reports and export
  • Integration with Google for data studio
  • Improved productivity especially in COVID19 times
  • Cost reduce because we migrate face-2-face workshops to virtual workshops with Miro
  • More project alignment with live collaborative boards.
In terms of implementation, it's critical to consider what are the teams doing today with the process and workshop dynamics to ensure that Miro fits well into their culture. In the beginning, the effort is a little bit high, but with time, teams work is way better. Ensure you have a key user with you to push together the implementation.
There is no problems in terms of integration.
Yes, Miro works amazingly to unite people and teams to work on the same topic in a dynamic, innovative, and friendly way. The interface is simple, so the non-digital native people can use miro without a problem, a fast learning curve is critical for teams of different ages! I totally recommended it for new projects and daily work!

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro has way better integration with other apps and a more intuitive UI. Also, the price of a license per user is more convenient than the rest of the platforms.
For teams and scenarios where you need to collaborate between different areas and try to "replicate a face-to-face workshop dynamic, Miro gives you the best experience and way more capabilities than a regular workshop. For process teams that have a high maturity in terms of automation and BPM diagram, Miro only will work as a first tool to work collaboratively to create a draft of the process. For better execution of that draft, works better with other software.
