Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro helps in whiteboarding and in wireframing. Via whiteboarding, we can better present customer problems to the team and get to better solutions for our own customers. Via their wireframing templates, product managers can quickly make a wireframe and have that shared with the engineering and business teams, helping everyone get on the same page and ensuring the correct solution is being built for our customers' problems.
  • Whiteboarding
  • Wireframing
  • Cross team collaboration
  • Exporting of a set/collection of wireframes as images should be allowed
  • Allowing guest users to view boards
  • Effective and correct communication of product vision to engineering and business teams
  • Improved collaboration on customer problems across teams
  • Faster execution on new features
None. Onboarding to the solution was very smooth, and we were able to use the product from the get-go without any problems.
I have not come across a scenario where integration for Miro is required.
In our organization, it has made a huge impact. It has allowed us to collaborate on customer problems better, helping us visualize the same in our unique ways. It has helped us narrow down solutions as well via wireframes as well.

If you have a remote team, then Miro is great for cross-team and intra-team collaboration and whiteboarding. It's great for Product Managers as well who want to wireframe solutions to easily communicate their vision quickly. It also helps in making workflow diagrams which are super necessary when communicating requirements to engineering teams. These are use cases where we at LXME user Miro. Till now, we have not come across a scenario where Miro is not an appropriate tool to use. For the above use cases, it works well and solves our problems
