Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I used Miro as both a project leader and a team member. It is used as a collaboration tool.

Pros

  • templates
  • colors, object options
  • easy to use and intuitive
  • aesthetically appealing user interface

Cons

  • very slow to load at times
  • not all users have names and it isn't clear if you are a visiting user how to update your name
  • improved productivity
  • improved team involvement
  • consolidated activities/tools
Overall, the implementation was done well.
This program is overall easy to use with a high impact
Very high impact as I work with global teams. Miro provides a centralized location for all team activities that can be accessed by all team members at the same time.

Teams has apps and all have to be added. With Miro you bring everything onto 1 board. Even though teams is 1 application, information can still be in several different areas.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
This is an excellent collaboration tool that allows for most if not all project activities to be completed in the same file. I love that it is centralized, easy to share, and easy to use. The templates are fantastic and easy to modify.
