Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro extensively in our organization in collaborative efforts together with clients. Most of the time we create boards with a scope of a whole workshop sequence, making it possible to have a great overview of all the workshops, and giving the possibility to change and relate to input at any moment.

Pros

  • Effective and efficient collaborating
  • The limit is your own creativity
  • Retrospective and sprint plannings

Cons

  • If you forget to lock objects or frames, users are almost always accidentally shifting things
  • Users can join anonymously, making it hard to see which Workshop participant is doing what
  • Too many objects make the board really slow
  • Improved workshop efficiency
  • Improved happiness of workshop participants
  • Reduced travel time
The implementation was fine! The only con I see is that users within my organization who barely use it need to have a license.
Miro is an easy-to-use tool, and integrating it is in line with this simplicity. It was straightforward, and in line with the business goals.
Miro created an online effective, efficient, but most of all fun environment to collaborate in. It boosted not only the efficiency but most of all the creativity of collaborators.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
Miro is more powerful, and easier to use. Better to implement and more value for money.
Miro is perfectly suited for small and large audiences (5-80) in collaborative effort settings. We use it extensively in workshops where we create an interactive vibe, boosting the productivity and attention span of the participants. Miro is less suited for small settings
