Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro helped me to brainstorm and put ideas together with my students. It's a great way to help students visualize and see what is being asked of them or to explain the task at hand. Using Miro can change the way teachers teach. It is visual and simple to use.

Pros

  • drag and drop
  • simple UI
  • great editing capabilities

Cons

  • navigation menu
  • pointer options
  • different color schemes
  • improved productivity
  • project completion on time
  • meetings are efficient
Miro is a great way to get students and teachers to understand the bigger picture. It is very visual and will help everyone understand the task at hand. It is great for brainstorming and using with students during class time on the smartboard. Admin can also make great use of Miro for meetings.
Although it is easy to use and is friendly. Older teachers may find it harder to navigate. With a few explanations and workshops, teachers would be able to use Miro to their advantage. The admin staff can also use Miro to help them out for meetings as it can provide a visual explanation to all.
This feature is great. I didn't use this feature really but I feel like it's a great way in this day and age to help any remote workers collaborate on any project. Again, this gives everyone the flexibility to share their thoughts and ideas. This can also be a stepping stone in helping build a visual map for many projects.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

When we had to brainstorm different activities to do with the students for field day, we were able to throw pictures and create visual maps and stations for each activity. It helped both teachers and students understand what the activities were and where the location of all these activities was taking place.
