Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We have been Miro extensively for collaborations across functions and projects but more importantly it's our one-stop shop to get a detailed step-by-step view of the overall plan. The features available make it easy to sketch out a particular plan and present accurately in front of your stakeholders of what the actions or next steps would look like and what be the end results.
- Overarching view of a specific project.
- Laying down the strategy and method of approach while starting.
- Taking a note of how the results are turning out to be and presenting the same.
- Functionality to export the board even for free users.
- Scope of improvement on visual representations and iconography.
- Reusability of components in quite tricky at the moment. More intuitive drag and drop features can be helpful.
- Increased collaboration and ROI.
- Reduced ad-hoc meetings.
Faster intial setups of projects leading to quick decision-making. Real-time updates from multiple collaborators across geographies have helped us be truly agile.
