Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro allow us to get the teams engaged in a remote work environment and build up better games by using all the tools it provides.

From roadmaps and strategic sessions to discovery, feature specs, or developers solutions, everybody within the team benefits of having the canvas and visual templates to support the development process.

  • Mindmapping.
  • Wireframing.
  • Documentation.
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Improved collaboration.
It would be great to be able to customize the toolset per team or user.
Painless integration with no problem whatsoever.
Miro provided a canvas hub where the different team departments could work together around the same feature topic without being distracted looking at other sources of truth, making the development process more agile and seamless.

I have been using Miro for personal indie projects and in large scale teams with my employers. The versatility and scalability of the tool is so great that would work for both scenarios. I would say it could be less suitable if you need a mostly text based tool for example or to build up reference database.
