I would say miro is more creative and free-flowing whereas Smartsheet is more of a chart and sheet-based platform. I do like miro more.
Team storyboarding, project planning, process flows for billing, collections, cancellations, etc. It is a very collaborative environment allowing SMEs and stakeholders to work together effortlessly. We also use miro as a cross-team visualization tool to help provide real-time brainstorms for production issues. From my experience, it doesn't have a great solution to presenting the boards to C-level employees or in a formal presentation setting.
