Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I work in a team that creates and implements processes. Miro is a great tool for creating process flows. I also like using Miro for cross-team discovery sessions.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Process Flows.
Discovery Sessions.

Cons

Learning how to use Miro.
Could be more obvious on how to use things like frames and grouping.
More colors, there seems to be very limited on offer.

Implementation Rating

I dont feel like Miro has been "implemented", I have had to learn how to use it on my own. There does not appear to be anywhere you can learn to use Miro.

Ease of Integration

Miro is good in that it links to Slack, but it could work better on phones. It has very limited functionality.

Miro is really good for this. I find it very easy to share the link with a team and start collaborating all at the same time. I do like that you can click on a person to go to their part or hide the cursors as well.
