Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Use Miro to help consult the clients on business issues that they face. Miro helps in the following ways: 1. It helps in collating all the current issues the client faces 2. It gives an equal participation chance to all participants 3. Acts as a great support tool while the discussion is taking place 4. The final output is handy from where inferences can be directly drawn

Pros

  • Collating thoughts at one place
  • Equal collaboration from all participants
  • Real time updates to the board helps to see where the client is going
  • The final document is helpful to see what action points come out

Cons

  • Easier moving, copying and pasting of tables
  • Easier ways to give access to others (Board owners to others)
  • Helps greatly when you want to come up with a couple of concrete action points after lots of discussions
  • Definitely improves productivity, gets people quickly on the same page
  • The outcome can always be revisited
Only the access may need some polishing. It was a bit hard when I tried the first time.
Havent used much of integration so wont be able to comment if its easier or not
Definitely, Miro i think was made to help bring people bring on the same page, even if they are in different countries.

Great for team works and team collaboration. Not so great at 2 and 3 people discussions as the tool is not personalised enough
