Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for whiteboarding during meetings, to visualize complex architectures and landscapes, and to collaborate. During meetings where some or all participants are working remotely, Miro provides the best replacement for a real whiteboard that I've found. After the meeting, we tidy up what we produced during the meeting, and share it.
  • Live collaboration on complex diagrams
  • Share diagrams with colleagues and clients
  • Navigation features are powerful but take some getting used to
  • Improved productivity in virtual meetings
  • Easy but powerful collaboration
Miro provides some great options for integrating with other tools, which expand as you move up towards the enterprise plans.
Miro allows us to collaborate on a board in much the same way we used to stand around a whiteboard in the office, except that now we can keep all the things we draw and we don't have to clean the whiteboard!

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro has the most complete feature set of any diagramming/collaboration tool I've ever used, and I have really only scratched the surface of what it can do.
Miro is great for any situation where you might use a whiteboard, or where you need to visualize an architecture or a landscape. It also lets many users work together within a single board and has some powerful features for snapping to particular views of the board which are handy while presenting.
