Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used as functional e-boards to help teams have visuals of product. In my use case, I'm using Miro to understand what styles look like in order to ensure it's correct on site. I am also using Miro to see visuals of messaging we send out to customers. My team specifically uses Miro as a board to detail how the week has gone and how we use time to reflect.

Pros

  • Easy visual aspect
  • Ability to comment & add notes
  • Easy collaboration between users

Cons

  • Initial navigation of boards can be difficult to get a grasp of
  • Not the smoothest experience zooming in and out to view multiple pages on a board
  • Improved productivity
An easing into Miro or introduction to the boards would have been better for employees to understand navigating and end use for Miro. This is not at the fault of Miro, as much as it is the responsibility of employers.
The integration was not one my company focused on, and instead, we got thrown into this new platform.
The online whiteboard has been especially great for those who work remotely, as the ease of collaboration on Miro is a big plus of the platform. Miro has made the ability to collaborate much easier.

Yes

Miro is well suited for teams who need to collaborate, especially working remotely. The visual aspect of Miro boards make it easy for team members to see and understand the work they're doing, as well as easy to share with cross-functional team members. The collaborative focus is ideal and easy to use.
