Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is used to do market research. Competitor products, new ideas, technique, etc., is documented (like brainstorming). Additionally, it's used for documentation during workshops with external partners. There we have templates to fill them easily during the workshops or interviews. There are no problems. Miro is working fine for this purpose.

Pros

  • Easy handling
  • Fast understanding of how the tool works

Cons

  • Currently I don't miss anything
  • Improved productivity because of good visualization
I was not involved in the implementation process. As I'm only a user, I just was offered by my company to use the tool. To start using the tool was easy. No installation was needed. It just needed to have the correct hyperlink and an account, and then I was able to start.
It's easy to integrate into daily work. For example, when a new idea is coming up I just log in to Miro and note down some keywords in a mindmap with which I'm already categorizing the ideas. It's like documentation all the time, and good to not forget anything. But as explained, sometimes other tools where I don't need to log in are preferred (e.g. PowerPoint).
There is no impact. Also, other tools (SharePoint) are already used to work from multiple locations at one file at the same time. E.g., if we summarize results from an interview, then we could also open a PowerPoint and everyone can finish the presentation in parallel by using SharePoint.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I'm using both tools. For internal presentations, I have to use PowerPoint because here we have company templates, and they need to be used for the unique layout. If no explicit design/format is needed, then Miro is a good option to choose. An easy setup with templates in PP format and afterward an easy export into pptx or pdf would be helpful.
It's already described in the first questions. The only point maybe to mention is that sometimes it would be easier to use other tools like PowerPoint where I don't need an extra login.
