Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using Miro as a Kanban board to track all team deliverables and action items. Easy to keep tracking all activities and deadlines. Nice visuals, easy to assign people, and to collaborate with team members. Priorities are also clear with the view provided by the program. I also have to mention the subtask/list view, which is coming in handy as well.

Pros

  • Notifications on deadlines
  • Kanban view
  • Subtask management

Cons

  • Easier to use interface
  • Add Gantt chart view
  • Productivity +
  • Adherence to timings
The program is lagging from time to time and hard to handle; otherwise, nothing negative to mention. Invites went out easily, everyone could connect to the Kanban board pretty easily, and the interface was straightforward and easy to use. It has a lot of features as well, which come in handy.
Because it is easy to integrate into a system, we are working as the PMO function of the company. It is really beneficial to use a system where we can track deliverables, have a close eye on key deadlines, and can go through all projects at once during a weekly meeting.
It helped us connect on a common platform with all Workstream representatives to be able to track deliverables in the same place. Kanban view is a great feature where we can track action items, key risks, and deliverables and be able to see open items for all the functions working n the projects.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Simpler and more intuitive.
For Project Management, it is definitely a must-have. Really easy to follow tasks, adhere to timings with notifications, and it helps keep the team in the weekly rhythm during reviews. If there's a certain team that only follows the same tasks over and over again, I think Miro would be unnecessary to use.
