Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I began using Miro to document our processes and procedures and customer touchpoints. We have been able to collaborate, view, and evaluate pain points in multiple markets very quickly with these boards. Also - being able to collaborate simultaneously and leave "post-its" for questions/next steps has provided a more efficient avenue than calling a meeting to discuss. Miro really has helped our team be able to view a 10,000ft view and the tiniest of details for multiple audiences and viewpoints.
Pros
- Templates are easily formatted
- Great space to collaborate
- Can see multiple views (small to large overviews)
Cons
- Difficult at times to format to print
- Improved our efficiency in customer communications
- Identified our pain points so we could focus on those which will improve customer service
- Evaluated systems used which will streamline future and save costs in long run
We have people all across the country working on projects in multiple time zones. Our teams can easily collaborate and add to the presentations at their own pace/timing and then schedule a more productive and streamlined session to review. This has helped our efficiency of time on projects and helped organize ideas in a more concise format.
