Miro platform for team exercises

We used Miro to prepare the restructuring of our area's KPIs for the next quarter. We carry out a group activity in which we raise the main internal challenges with our customers (internal and external). We've combined it all into an Actions and Next Steps panel. The whole dynamic was very productive because we were able to effectively visualize what was and what was not relevant to achieving our objective, and finally, we were able to create an execution plan that proved to be feasible and effective.

Miro helped to integrate all the people on my team (who are in different countries and time zones) to contribute to a single project.
