Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Part of my job is to build workflow maps for others, and Miro is the main tool to put them together. Specifically, when we roll out a new program, we use Miro to show how our company will use its workflows through photos and words describing the steps in Miro.
Pros
- It uses logic to keep maps together and linked.
- It is easy to post photos into.
- It is easy to align and make things look professional.
- Easy to do real time collaboration.
Cons
- Could be better with preset annotation types and defining when you want it to switch to match something you created.
- I don't like that it always tries to redirect me to the desktop app instead of just using it in my browser.
- Could have some better freehand markups.
- It has made it a lot easier for our teams to have real time collaboration.
It has been a really nice tool for collaborating with teams when working remotely. I work with teams all over the world, and we are often jumping into a shared board to work through a workflow or issue.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
- Bluebeam Revu and OneNote
They each have their own benefits, but Miro is the best at linking together mind maps and making them look professional.
