Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are a virtual team and find Miro helpful in collaborating when on WebEx.

Pros

  • Allows several team members to collaborate in one document at the same time
  • Allows creative design for brainstorming activities
  • Snappy and responsive - I love seeing where everyone's cursors are!

Cons

  • The table function is awful
  • We like integrations! The more you can integrate with Apple suite of applications, the better
  • The single sign on is a pain
  • Improve productivity of group think exercises
  • Improves visibility of project outcomes
  • Improved brainstorming outputs
Again, table functionality is lacking, however, we loved how snappy and flexible Miro is! It was much better than Numbers - which is what we were using up to that point.
I know I'm a broken record but I really can't wait for y'all to have better table functionality. Sorting, conditional formatting, etc.
Absolutely. I used it recently on a project where our team was located in all four corners of the US. It was great. We moved the entire project conversation from Numbers to Miro because it was so much easier to collaborate.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

In my opinion, it's less appropriate if you're doing things with tables (which we often are). The table functionality is sorely lacking so we end up leaving Miro and using Excel instead.
