Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for a range of projects, planning, mind mapping, and retrospective activities. It helps us in all aspects of our roles from simply being a brain dump to collaborating with others. I love that we are able to all work on it simultaneously and don't have to limit using it for one particular purpose. It's flexible for all of our different program needs.

Massively impacted! It's become such an engrained tool that although it was originally brought in to help collaboration with WFH, we now even use it together in the office as we know it's captured and easily accessible for everyone.

Find lucid a lot tricker to use. Not as user-friendly and the limitations if you don't have a license are great for those trying to contribute.
I find it is really well suited for the majority of the activities that I complete in my day-to-day. I use it both as an interactive collaboration technique to be more focused on tangible capturing and designing of strategy and processes.
