Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a great project management tool for teams from different departments to work collaboratively together. What I enjoy about Miro is that it has a visual component versus other collaboration tools which is useful for us to do lots of brainstorming and mapping of our current processes and the changes. It's especially beneficial when you're working in a remote environment like the majority of us are nowadays.

Figma is more for artist/designers, Miro seems to be geared for all sorts of folks
Miro is especially good for brainstorming where you have to move the pieces around to visually see how certain changes will affect the entire process (the bigger picture)
