Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In a remote working environment, Miro allows us to collaborate visually across different functions. It is a smooth transition from paper stickers to virtue stickers.

Pros

  • virtual stickers
  • follow up with participants
  • easy to move the stickers around

Cons

  • maybe more fun, more graphics
  • animation and sound effects
  • it is free so all gain, no cost
  • productivity gain is hard to measure but I am sure Miro made our work more efficient
It was the fast implementation and no training was needed. Very intuitive.
It is easy to learn and use. We didn't integrate it with other systems though.
Since we implemented work from home policy, it is hard to do in-person meetings and Miro fits in perfectly with the remote work environment.

I didn't use any other whiteboards. The company chose to use Miro.
Miro works well in describing workflows, brainstorming ideas, and swim lane exercises It doesn't work well with numbers and calculations
