Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is the tool used for program review, task refinement, and planning activities. We use it almost on a daily basis, particularly when we need to do sessions that require remote interaction with multiple participants. We have online conference calls and share the Miro board beforehand, including its password, and throughout the session, we address the different tasks.
  • Canvas planning, include zoning
  • Easy sticky notes including color coding
  • Easy collaboration in multi-user environment
  • Miro should have a clock for activities
  • Miro should have an easier way to focus/zoom into sections
  • Improved productivity
  • Increases level of collaboration
My indication from the IT department is that integration was clean.
Accelerated collaboration and made planning "fun."

Planning sessions, reviews, and weekly preparation is extremely well suited. I believe there is still some work to do when it comes to mobile experience if utilizing the tool via a conference system while on a mobile phone. The usage of the pointers and actions should be more intuitive to provide a less friction iteration.
