Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Over the last two years I have used Miro mainly for the initial brainstorming phase shared with the team as well as for organizing project ideas and presentations on my own. I find it a very convenient tool for remote working, but also for keeping my own progress on projects in order.
  • synchronised co-creation
  • planning online
  • wireframing
  • online creative workshop
  • creation of slides
  • improve performance while using the tool
  • templates
  • facilitate working remotely together with the team
  • reduced project completion time
  • improved productivity
Miro is a simple and intuitive tool that can be easily integrated into the day-to-day work of large and small teams. This aspect is crucial for a tool to be used in the long term and not just for a short period of time. If it takes time to learn, then it is not the tool that will make work more efficient.
Miro had a great impact on work especially during the first pandemic wave of Covid 19. It allowed me and the teams I work with to continue the projects we had started together and to start thinking about new projects while being far apart. Miro was also very useful to co-design a creative workshop on future pandemic scenarios.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is a very useful tool for teams to keep track of ideas, progress and input of a shared project. It can also be very useful as a shared planning tool and is a tool that allows workshops to be created simultaneously, facilitating remote working between teams. At the same time, when it comes to reviewing a project or presentation, I prefer to import slides and tables created with other programmes instead of creating them within Miro. This additional step remains crucial for me because as a creative, the visual aspect is very relevant.
