Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Use it to mostly list Retro perspective points from Sprint then scoring it (voting) to determine which one has the highest vote to further discuss about it.
Pros
- Ability to vote on Card
- Locking cards so they don't move around
- Different coloured Card
- Linking Cards together
Cons
- Grouping Multiple Board or Adding the ability to create folder in order to add them all into 1 place.
- Yes, there is an option to change cover for each board but not everyone has cover (or run out of cover idea) so maybe have the option to set a colour on it, to quickly identify board based on colour when looking at all of them at once.
- Because everyone has a say and we get to see all different kinds of issue 1 person might have been facing (when a lot more were) it's easier to identify and rectify these issues so they are not reproduced, resulting in a creation of better new processes which were identify during retro perspective session using Miro.
The ability to quickly board has been a plus point for our team. Especially since when we are pressing in time and need it to share quickly.
