Collaborate with my colleagues, gather requirements, to run workshops, run research.
Pros
- Allows collaboration - can work on the same board with more users at the same type
- Easy to share with others
- Easy to copy-paste information
Cons
- Adding a lot of text in text boxes. I lost content when using it to draft discussion guides
- Improved transparency and collaboration
- Reduced time spent in meetings
Allowed us to replace in-person workshops and meetings with online workshops
