Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to organize information for cross-functional team usage. We upload a lot of images and png CADs to display on the boards. An issue we have is with the number of images, the boards take forever to load and interrupt smooth workflow. I love that I can create a frame and export info, we often use that feature

Pros

  • Sharing boards with team members
  • Features such as stickey notes, changing font, lining up images
  • Image Cropping!

Cons

  • Linking text boxes to update simultaneously would be fantastic!
  • I find the limit on how many rows in a chart annoying
  • If Miro could resize images so that the board didn't take as long to load would be a dream
  • Photo editing capabilities- adjust brightness, tint, etc
  • I am not able to provide numbers on this sort of thing
  • Improve sharing information cross functionally
  • Great if you work remote and in office
We have people who work out of state that are able to quicky access information as well as collaborate on work with people in office or in different locations

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Not fantastic for a use case that requires a lot of images, but best if you work on large teams who need to access centralized visual information. I would not recommend using Miro for storing information that needs to be viewed in a chart, or would otherwise be in a spreadsheet.
