Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I usually have to define first the problem the client is trying to solve. For this task I use templates (value proposition canvas)
Also when we know what to deliver I have to create roadmaps and story mappings.
Y use the templates you have for both things. The story mapping is crucial for us to check how long some features can take
Also I create flows to validate the user experience. In this case we use sticky notes next to the part of the flow, to check the info needed in that part of the process.
Having people in real time and let them interact with the board, enhance our productivity.
