Miro is definitely worth a try.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We have several use cases for Miro within our organization. We use it to collaborate together on: user experience flows (user actions and states), business logic flow (goal setting & alignment) new/existing process flow ideation.
Pros
- Collaborate together with the team during a meeting.
- Status reporting on the ongoing projects (discovery/delivery funnel).
- Sprint/quarterly/annual product initiatives planning.
Cons
- Multiple people collaborate on the same card.
- The Team was significantly more engaged after we started using Miro for our daily collaboration when compared to Whimsical.
Online collaboration tools have been really life savers since COVID. It was, of course, used before, but since COVID hit, everyone saw the importance of convenient and easy-to-use collaboration tools.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Miro has a better UX than Whimsical and is more convenient to use on a daily basis. The interface and usability are just simpler. Google Sheets is a basic tool that has its moments, but not for joint collaboration and ideation.
