Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it to design the system's architecture and organize brainstorming by creating diagrams and mind maps.

Pros

  • Well designed.
  • Easy and intuitive to use.
  • Fast and responsive.

Cons

  • With multiple people connected at the same time, it gets a little laggy.
  • Reduced time to refine system's architecture.
  • Improved productivity with good organization.
I have not integrated Miro with any other products.
A lot helped to gather the team to organize the problems in the system where and when the flow occurred, which helped us decide what to do to solve those problems. Also made it easy to design the architecture of our solutions collaboratively and remotely together with the whole engineering team.

The overall design of the final product looks way better and cleaner; therefore much easier to comprehend. Also much more intuitive to use and discover the functionalities, providing a more suitable user experience, especially when starting to use it for the first time.
Really good for designing diagrams for systems architecture and expressing your thoughts through mind maps. The design is very clean, which helps a lot when trying to read and understand what's being shown to you. And the tools are efficient and easy to use, which helps with organizing your thoughts without much distraction, focusing only on what's important.
