Overall Satisfaction with Miro
With remote work, we've started using Miro heavily for brainstorming and workshops, as we are not in the office to whiteboard the same discussions. This is a tool we use to get everyone participating and have equal opportunity to provide input about the topic at hand.
Pros
- Same time collaboration.
- Templates for most use cases and suggestions.
- Add on tools / macros like timers, voting.
Cons
- Layers for presentation like Presi.
- Clicking on a link to open a board but then don't get redirected upon log in.
- Permissions are still weird with licenses edit/comments.
- Quicker brainstorming.
- Documentation of previous discussions.
- Would like to record at the same time maybe.
It really helped us connect with our remote team members.
