Great product to boost collaboration and productivity
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use miro for:
1. Establishing use cases and flows through our product
2. Documenting specific details of key parts in a microservice.
3. Running sprint retros (and other sprint ceremonies)

Pros
- Collaboration. Very easy for multiple users to work on the same document
- Ability to handle small or large "documents", not constrained to 1 page.
- UI elements are very intuitive to use.
Cons
- Hard to use: whenever I want to click and drag to move around the board, i often accidentally select an element and drag/move it. Then I need to undo the action, and then make sure the hand tool is selected, not the arrow tool.
- Frustrating: often accidentally move bigger/background elements instead of moving a single sticky note. Need to undo the action.
- Often have issues sharing the board, probably permission issues. This might not be something miro can do anything about.
- Sometimes I have a lot of miro links and it's hard to find out which one i'm try to work with.
- Opening each miro link does take awhile for everything to load, so sometimes I'm hesitant to click on miro links
- Simplifies documenting and planning current and future work on product use cases. Excellent tool for this, especially with collaboration.
The collaboration is amazing. Anyone can easily join and start being productive on a miro board, regardless of their location. Having a web app really makes it easy to get started, instead of installing a separate desktop application. We don't need to get everyone into a single meeting room, and don't need to pass around the laptop for one person to work on the document. With Miro, everyone can work on the document at the same time. It makes working together so much easier and smoother, and removes all the annoyances of non-collaborative tools. It still works even if everyone does decide to get together into one meeting room if they want to have a local session.
