I use it for twice-weekly team meetings as well as brainstorming sessions

Cons
- The UI can give a lot of headaches, trying to select specific objects and getting consistent results
- I'd love to see more art options: color variations, freehand drawing tools
- Making spreadsheets with merged cells and working within cells is painful
- It's greatly improved productivity
- It's also greatly improved collaboration
- It's been so successful that I've had other Managers sit in on my team's meetings and they've since started to use Miro.
It's done an amazing job. I have a remote team who reports to me from all over the country. One people recently on the team recently described our team's meeting board as our virtual team home.

Yes
After using Miro for a while we were forced to use Google Sheets. It was painful and we all hated it. After a couple of months the company bought everyone a license and we were all very happy.
