Overall Satisfaction with Miro

- Mostly used for sprint retrospectives
- Also used for general brainstorming/ideation

Pros

  • Nice, intuitive UI/UX
  • generally robust/stable (haven't seen any bugs)
  • Flexible piece of software - fits a lot of use cases

Cons

  • Performance can be an issue. Can take a lot of system resources and slow down machines
  • I don't have any hard data but I think it may have improved team performance by aiding our retros

It's been very helpful - a central visual place to scribble ideas is a huge improvement over just talking.

Yes

I didn't choose miro. Even though I like miro, if it was up to me I would probably choose Figma (much better performance, and similar in most other ways).
Miro is a great product and I would happily recommend it. My only caveat is that it has some very high-quality competitors (eg Figma).
