Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Use as a collaboration tool with internal staff/employees as well as external stakeholders for virtual whiteboarding and design sessions. Facilitation of Agile Methodologies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming etc
Pros
- Collaboration
- Real Time updates
- Secure and User Friendly Interface
Cons
- Enhanced integration with other data sources
- Additional Customisation of look and feel
- Faster loading times on startup - can be a bit laggy
- Improved Productivity
- Faster Decision Making
- Better Communication with Visual Media
Very well - together with Slack, Miro and Jira, we are able to work together well, and get on to the same page very quickly. We can always refer to our Miro board as the source of truth when kicking off on a project and its there for everyone to see
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Miro is better than Jamboard, the tools available make it much easier to build out whiteboards Miro is about on par with Lucidchart. In some ways Lucidchart is better, especially for more technical diagrams and designs which have more permanance. However collaborating on Lucidchart is not as good as on Miro Miro is good for a "quick and dirty" collaboration platform with enhanced capabilities which make it easier to use than Jamboard
