Overall Satisfaction with Miro
My use cases are mainly internal facing, I mainly used Miro to:
- Gather thoughts, research and use cases
- Conduct retrospectives and plan sprints
- Conduct user research and interviews
- Map out future deadlines and requirements
Miro really solves whiteboarding with others for me, especially in a remote environment.

Pros
- Retrospective
- Event planning
- User Research Mapping
Cons
- I would love to see a functionality to sync with Google Calendar for calendar planning
- I would love to see custom mapping to controlling our Miro board
- Improved productivity
- Allowed us to collaborate with others remotely
- Reduced project completion time
It has greatly improved our organization's productivity to whiteboard together. With everything going remote, Miro allow us to continue what we would had done in person, and collaborate to build a better product. With the templates it provides, we can quickly whiteboard together than having to build one ourselves. Honestly, Miro is an amazing product to use!
