The best collaboration tool for distributed teams
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro extensively for creating architecture diagrams, team retrospectives, feature discovery phase, brainstorming and presentations. The platform is very easy to use and offers a lot of tools that allow teams to interact and cooperate. It's been essential with the rise of remote working.
Pros
- Brainstorming
- Diagrams of any type
- Presentations
- Polls
- Story mapping
Cons
- I usually struggle to create free-form shapes or free drawing. It may be that I don't know how to use the tool properly, but maybe it's missing functionality that could be improved
- It has improved team focus by offering a source of truth in a clear and visual way
It has made things easier. Team members can collaborate in real time on the same board and, at the same time, anyone can go back to the board knowing that all the information will still be there. At the same time, it's easy to share existing board with anyone.
