Overall Satisfaction with Miro

For all product management and UX design brainstorms we use Miro. It also serves as a documentation of the product that we build and the insights we had. One of my favorite tmeplates is the DAP problem-solution fit canvas by Miro.

Pros

  • Brainstorming with multiple people
  • Problem-solution fit templates
  • Collaboration

Cons

  • Becoming easy to use for people outside Tech. They have a hard time understanding Miro.
  • Clearer view on collegues who opened the board and time they spend in it.
  • Hard to measure, but more productive detailed collab between departments.
  • Clearer problem insights to build better solutions on.
It was very easy, I did nto consider it an implementation. Just start using it and inviting collegues.

A lot, especially when working remote. Even after the lockdowns most teams work remote and its the best tool for that. Even during meeting sin person its faster than using post-its that you need to digitalize later.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

For any tech company it's a clear must have. But also in Logistics companies it's a great way to brainstorm and design your processes across multiple departments. Where Google Slides is just a too limited canvas in terms of details.

It's less suitable for big presentations, where we still use Google Slides.
