Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I mainly use Miro to organise team work and workshops within the team. I also use it for cross-team alignment and knowledge sharing. We also have a dedicated board that we use as research repository. We use Miro to collect qualitative and quantitative insights such as customer interviews, heuristic mapping, analytics, competitors benchmarking etc.

Pros

  • Remote collaboration
  • Customization
  • Onboarding

Cons

  • Prototyping
  • Wireframing
  • Presentation
  • Improved productivity
  • Reduced project completion time
  • Improved ROI
It had a really positive impact. Remote work is more productive and fun!

Everybody feels much more engaged and connected during a workshop. It is a great tool for kick-off meetings, but it also allow us to work in async and come back together to review our work and define the next steps.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It's much easier to use and learning curve is faster. You don't need any technical skills and it's very easy to try new features thanks to the onboarding functionality. I feel like Miro is really taking care of the customer experience and they always try to improve it with new features.
It is well suited for remote workshops - it is easy to use, convenient and fun. I love the timer feature and the possibility to create any board that fit your own needs (fully customizable).

It is less appropriate if you want to run a co-design session thanks to the wireframing feature and the possibility to upload pictures in few seconds.
