Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I mainly use Miro to organise team work and workshops within the team. I also use it for cross-team alignment and knowledge sharing. We also have a dedicated board that we use as research repository. We use Miro to collect qualitative and quantitative insights such as customer interviews, heuristic mapping, analytics, competitors benchmarking etc.

It had a really positive impact. Remote work is more productive and fun!
Everybody feels much more engaged and connected during a workshop. It is a great tool for kick-off meetings, but it also allow us to work in async and come back together to review our work and define the next steps.

It's much easier to use and learning curve is faster. You don't need any technical skills and it's very easy to try new features thanks to the onboarding functionality. I feel like Miro is really taking care of the customer experience and they always try to improve it with new features.
