Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro in a very wide variety of ways in my role as a UX Researcher -- project management, qualitative research analysis, report story boarding, team workshops, team org charts, final deliverables, and more. I work within our design department and also work often with our product org. Since we're all on Miro, it's easy to share boards across teams. I love Miro especially for doing qual research analysis -- essentially I take notes for each interview session or unmod study then highlight themes in different colored stickies. I'm a very visual person so it helps to see big themes start to bubble up based on the colors. Then I use those themes to plan my reports. Miro is also fantastic for workshopping in a remote setting.
- qualitative UX research analysis
- remote workshops
- project management
- org charts
- deliverables
- report planning

- easier remote workshopping
It's allowed us not only to improve collaboration on our smaller research team, but also allows us to collab and workshop with people in our broader department and even product who is outside of our main org. It's really easy to use and helps us share ideas and projects quickly.
